Terms and Conditions of the Magda Butrym Butique Gift Voucher

  1. Place of Redemption: The gift voucher can be used exclusively at the Magda Butrym boutique in Warsaw, Poland, located at Foksal Street 15/U2
  2. Validity Period: The voucher is valid until December 1st, 2025. After this date, the voucher expires and cannot be exchanged or extended.
  3. Value and Usage:
    • The voucher can be used up to the amount stated on the voucher or for purchases of higher value; the Client is obliged to pay the difference.
    • When purchasing a product of lower value than the voucher, the difference is not refunded.
  4. Single-Use Nature: The voucher is intended for single use, and its value cannot be divided among subsequent purchases.
  5. Combined Usage: It is possible to redeem more than one voucher during a single transaction.
  6. Security: The voucher has a security hologram. Vouchers without a hologram will not be honored.
  7. Returns and Exchanges: The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or another voucher.
  8. Loss of Voucher: In case of loss or damage to the voucher, a duplicate cannot be issued.

  1. Miejsce realizacji: Voucher podarunkowy może być wykorzystany wyłącznie w butiku Magda Butrym w Warszawie, przy ulicy Foksal 15/U2
  2. Okres ważności: Voucher jest do 1.12.2025. Po upływie tego terminu voucher traci ważność i nie podlega wymianie ani przedłużeniu.
  3. Wartość i wykorzystanie:
    • Voucher może być użyty do kwoty podanej na voucherze lub do zakupów o wyższej wartości, Klient zobowiązany jest pokryć różnicę.
    • Przy zakupie produktu o niższej wartości niż wartość vouchera, różnica nie jest zwracana.
  4. Jednorazowy charakter: Voucher jest przeznaczony do jednorazowego użytku i jego wartość nie może być dzielona na kolejne zakupy.
  5. Łączne wykorzystanie: Możliwe jest jednoczesne zrealizowanie więcej niż jednego vouchera podczas jednej transakcji.
  6. Zabezpieczenie: Voucher posiada hologram zabezpieczający. Vouchery bez hologramu nie będą honorowane.
  7. Zwroty i wymiana: Voucher nie podlega wymianie na gotówkę ani na inny voucher.
  8. Utrata vouchera: W przypadku zgubienia lub zniszczenia vouchera, nie ma możliwości wydania duplikatu.
