How to place an order?

To place an order, select the desired color and size of the product you want to purchase and then add the product to your bag. You can modify or validate your basket before making your payment. Once you have selected your items, complete your order by clicking on “Checkout”. You’ll be asked to choose your payment method and enter your shipping details. Please, check that the information you entered is correct and click “Pay now”.

How will I know if you received an order?

After making a purchase on Magda Butrym you will receive an email confirming your order within a several minutes. When your order is shipped, you will receive a second email with a tracking number so that you can track delivery of your package.

How can I cancel my order?

If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please contact our Customer Service as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, however we cannot guarantee your order may be changed once it’s been submitted.

Shipping
How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Orders are shipped with DHL/DPD (domestic deliveries)/ UPS. You can also track your package by entering your tracking number directly at the shipping service's website.

How do I collect my order?

All orders are shipped with UPS and require a signature upon delivery. If you are unavailable when your package arrives, the courier will make two more attempts to deliver your purchase.

When will I receive my order?

The regular processing time is up to 4 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to track your order. You should have your order within 7 business days from placing the order.

The delivery time may differ depending on the country. Kindly note that delivery to rural addresses can result in longer delivery times.

Please kindly note that during sales periods we experience an increased number of orders which may cause a slight delay in shipping.

Can I collect my order in store?

Unfortunately, at this moment there is no possibility of collecting your order in store.

How much duty and tax will I have to pay?

For orders placed in USD, EUR, or GBP we offer DDP (Delivery Duty Paid), where import taxes and duties will be collected at checkout on behalf of the Customer's national authorities. For DDP shipments DHL/UPS will be responsible for customs clearance and the parcel will be delivered directly to the shipping address.

For orders placed in PLN duties are not included and they shall be borne directly by the Customer upon the parcel's arrival in the destination country.

Magda Butrym cannot be held responsible for any action and/or costs and/or taxes and/or delays due to customs over which it has no control.

How much do I pay for shipping?

We offer free worldwide express shipping and returns on all orders through UPS, and DPD (domestic deliveries).

What is a pre-order?

A pre-order lets you exclusively reserve a limited product that will become available at a later date.

When will my pre-order ship?

The estimated shipping date is noted for each pre-order item on the product page. You will also receive a confirmation email as soon as the package is shipped.

When I will be charged?

You will be charged when you place your order.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
How do I return or exchange an item?

You can return any item purchased on magdabutrym.com within 14 days of the delivery date from the country the item was delivered to. To be eligible for a return, all items must be in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. Merchandise that has been worn, used (washed, soiled, having a strong smell of cigarettes), altered, or damaged will not be accepted. Shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface and can show no signs of wear. Items sent in dust bags must be returned inside the bags, as this is considered part of the product. Please use the original packaging included in your shipment to return any item.

Orders in the EU

Please use the prepaid return label, provided for each order placed from November 23rd to December 22nd, which will be included in the parcel. Put the invoice (the one you received with your order) inside the package and return your parcel to a drop-off point.

Should you decide to make a return using your preferred courier or your order was placed before November 23rd please notify us on customercare@magdabutrym.com providing your order’s number. Put the invoice (the one you received with your order) inside the package and ship it by a secure shipping service to the following address:

Orders outside the EU

Please notify us on customercare@magdabutrym.com providing your order’s number, we will then issue a proforma invoice, which has to be attached to your return. Put the original invoice (the one you received with your order) inside the package. Affix the proforma invoice (the one you received via email) on the outside of the package, so that all the details are easily visible. 

 A prepaid return label for orders placed from November 23rd to December 22nd  will be included in the parcel. Should you decide to make a return using your preferred courier or your order was placed before November 23rd, please follow the steps above and ship it to the following address:

MB Distribution S.A. is the official worldwide distributor of the brand Magda Butrym. Please note that we can receive only packages with the receiver's name stated as MB Distribution S.A.

How do I exchange an item?

Should you be interested in a different size, please contact us on customercare@magdabutrym.com to check the product availability. If this item is in our warehouse we will then hold it for you and as soon as we receive your return, we will ship it to the address from your original order. Please note that exchanges for a different style or color are not possible.

When do I get my refund?

Merchandise returned by mail to the warehouse will be processed within 14 business days from receipt.
