How to place an order?

To place an order, select the desired color and size of the product you want to purchase and then add the product to your bag. You can modify or validate your basket before making your payment. Once you have selected your items, complete your order by clicking on “Checkout”. You’ll be asked to choose your payment method and enter your shipping details. Please, check that the information you entered is correct and click “Pay now”.

How will I know if you received an order?

After making a purchase on Magda Butrym you will receive an email confirming your order within a several minutes. When your order is shipped, you will receive a second email with a tracking number so that you can track delivery of your package.

How can I cancel my order?

If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please contact our Customer Service as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, however we cannot guarantee your order may be changed once it’s been submitted.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. For orders outside the EU you can also track your package at tracking portal by entering your Order ID and your email address.

How do I collect my order?

All orders require a signature upon delivery. If you are unavailable when your package arrives, the courier will make two more attempts to deliver your purchase.

When will I receive my order?

The regular processing time is up to 2 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to track your order. The delivery time may differ depending on the destination country. Please contact customercare@magdabutrym.com for the estimated delivery time frame.

Our courier delivers from Monday to Friday during business hours. Kindly note that delivery to rural addresses can result in longer delivery times. Magda Butrym cannot be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by any circumstances beyond the control of Magda Butrym.

Please note that during sales periods we experience an increased number of orders which may cause a slight delay in shipping.

Can I collect my order in store?

Unfortunately, at this moment there is no possibility of collecting your order in store.

How much duty and tax will I have to pay?

The amount of duty and tax you will need to pay depends on various factors, such as the country of delivery, order value, and product type.

The prices of products indicated on the product listing pages and product detail pages are inclusive of EU taxes but exclude duties and taxes if these are applicable.

For Australia, Norway, New Zealand, Singapore, Switzerland, and the UK, duties and taxes are included in the product price and no additional charges will be collected at checkout.

For Albania, Argentina, Brazil, Canada, Egypt, Lebanon, and Mexico, duties and taxes are not included in the product price. You can decide to pay them either upfront at checkout or upon the parcel's arrival in the destination country.

For the United States and other non-EU countries, duties and taxes are not included in the product price and will be collected at checkout on behalf of your national tax/customs authorities.

We offer free worldwide express shipping and returns on all orders through DHL, UPS, and DPD.

What payment methods does Magda Butrym accept?

For orders in the EU, Magda Butrym accepts the following payment methods:

-Stripe (Credit / Debit Card): Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay
Payment is debited from your card once you place the order.
-Paypal: Shop easily online without having to enter your credit card details on the website.

For orders outside the EU, the available payment methods vary depending on your location and include:

-Credit / Debit Card: American Express, Visa, MasterCard, JCB, Discover, Diners
-Bank Transfer
-Alternative Payment Methods such as Paypal, ApplePay, Amazon Pay, AfterPay - Australia, AliPay, Trustly, Klarna, Dotpay, iDEAL, Sofort, UnionPay, and more. 

Please note that possible transfer fees, as well as bank service charges, might be charged. If you are charged transaction fees by your bank, Magda Butrym will not refund these charges.

How do I return or exchange an item?
How do I exchange an item?

You can return any item purchased on magdabutrym.com within 14 days of the delivery date from the country the item was delivered to. To be eligible for a return, all items must be in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. Merchandise that has been worn, used (washed, soiled, having a strong smell of cigarettes), altered, or damaged will not be accepted. Shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface and can show no signs of wear. Items sent in dust bags must be returned inside the bags, as this is considered part of the product. Please use the original packaging included in your shipment to return any item.

Orders in the EU

Please contact customercare@magdabutrym.com to receive a prepaid return label. Put the invoice (the one you received with your order) inside the package and return your parcel to a drop-off point.

Should you decide to make a return using your preferred courier, please notify us on customercare@magdabutrym.com providing your order’s number. Put the invoice (the one you received with your order) inside the package and ship it by a secure shipping service to the following address:

Orders outside the EU

For orders placed before May 6th, please contact customercare@magdabutrym.com to receive a prepaid return label.

For orders placed after May 8th, please visit returns portal and follow the instructions below. 

Enter your order number and the email address associated with the order. 

Please indicate which item(s) you would like to return and the reason. 

Print the return label and securely pack the items you wish to return in the original packaging. 

Attach the returns label to the outside of your package. 

Please drop-off your parcel at any DHL Express point within the country where the package was initially delivered. To locate your nearest DHL Express points, go to https://locator.dhl.com, choose your country and fill in your location (address or zip code). 

MB Distribution S.A. is the official worldwide distributor of the brand Magda Butrym. Please note that we can receive only packages with the receiver's name stated as MB Distribution S.A.

When do I get my refund?

Merchandise returned by mail to the warehouse will be processed within 14 business days from receipt.
