To place an order, select the desired color and size of the product you want to purchase and then add the product to your bag. You can modify or validate your basket before making your payment. Once you have selected your items, complete your order by clicking on “Checkout”. You’ll be asked to choose your payment method and enter your shipping details. Please, check that the information you entered is correct and click “Pay now”.
After making a purchase on Magda Butrym you will receive an email confirming your order within several minutes. When your order is shipped, you will receive a second email with a tracking number so that you can track delivery of your package.
If you have not received your order confirmation email within 24 hours, we kindly recommend checking your Spam and Promotions folders, as such messages may occasionally be filtered there.

If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please contact our Customer Service as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, however we cannot guarantee your order may be changed once it’s been submitted.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. For orders outside the EU you can also track your package at the tracking portal by entering your Order ID and your email address.
All orders require a signature upon delivery. If you are unavailable when your package arrives, the courier will make two more attempts to deliver your purchase.
The regular processing time is up to 2 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to track your order. Our courier delivers from Monday to Friday during business hours. Kindly note that delivery to rural addresses can result in longer delivery times. Magda Butrym cannot be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by any circumstances beyond the control of Magda Butrym.

Unfortunately, at this moment there is no possibility of collecting your order in store. All orders placed at magdabutrym.com shall be delivered by the courier.
The amount of duty and tax you will need to pay depends on various factors, such as the country of delivery, order value, and product type.
The prices of products indicated on the product listing pages and product detail pages are inclusive of EU taxes but exclude duties and taxes if these are applicable.
For Australia, Norway, New Zealand, Singapore, Switzerland, and the UK, duties and taxes are included in the product price and no additional charges will be collected at checkout.
For Albania, Argentina, Brazil, Canada, Egypt, Lebanon, and Mexico, duties and taxes are not included in the product price. You can decide to pay them either upfront at checkout or upon the parcel's arrival in the destination country.
For the United States and other non-EU countries, duties and taxes are not included in the product price and will be collected at checkout on behalf of your national tax/customs authorities.
We offer free worldwide express shipping and returns on all orders through DHL, UPS, and DPD.

You can return any item purchased on magdabutrym.com within 14 days of the delivery date from the country the item was delivered to. To be eligible for a return, all items must be in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. Merchandise that has been worn, used (washed, soiled, having a strong smell of cigarettes), altered, or damaged will not be accepted. Shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface and can show no signs of wear. Items sent in dust bags must be returned inside the bags, as this is considered part of the product. Please use the original packaging included in your shipment to return any item.

Please contact customercare@magdabutrym.com to receive a prepaid return label. Put the invoice (the one you received with your order) inside the package and return your parcel to a drop-off point.
Should you decide to make a return using your preferred courier, please notify us on customercare@magdabutrym.com providing your order’s number. Put the invoice (the one you received with your order) inside the package and ship it by a secure shipping service to the following address:

Orders outside the EU

Enter your order number and the email address associated with the order.
Please indicate which item(s) you would like to return and the reason.
Print the return label and securely pack the items you wish to return in the original packaging.
Attach the returns label to the outside of your package.
Please drop-off your parcel at any DHL Express point within the country where the package was initially delivered. To locate your nearest DHL Express points, go to https://locator.dhl.com, choose your country and fill in your location (address or zip code).
MB Distribution S.A. is the official worldwide distributor of the brand Magda Butrym. Please note that we can receive only packages with the receiver's name stated as MB Distribution S.A.
In order to return a product purchased at magdabutrym.com it must be sent back by the courier. Products purchased at magdabutrym.com cannot be returned or exchanged in store.
Should you be interested in a different size, please contact us on customercare@magdabutrym.com to check the product availability. If this item is in our warehouse we will then hold it for you and as soon as we receive your return, we will ship it to the address from your original order. Please note that exchanges for a different style or color are not possible.
Merchandise returned by mail to the warehouse will be processed within 14 business days from receipt.
As stated in our policy, for orders from outside the EU and the United Kingdom, the refunded amount will be equal to the price paid at checkout less the import duties and taxes as these charges are only collected on behalf of the Customer's national tax authorities and are not charged by Magda Butrym.
